The GI-MAP+OMX stool test, is an advanced stool test that combines microbiome DNA analysis with functional metabolite testing to give a comprehensive picture of gut health, digestion, inflammation, microbial balance, and metabolic function — all from one sample.

It helps identify imbalances in gut bacteria, inflammation, digestive function, short-chain fatty acid production, bile acid metabolism, and factors contributing to symptoms like bloating, IBS, constipation, diarrhoea, and poor gut health.

Pick-up your kit in-clinic or have it posted to you, collect the sample in the comfort of your own space, and it gets sent to a specialist laboratory for analysis. Once your results are ready (approx 3 weeks), you’ll have a 30-minute online or in-person interpretation session where we’ll:

  • Break down what your report shows in simple, easy-to-understand language

  • Highlight key findings that may be affecting your health or symptoms

  • Explain how your microbiome health connects to areas like digestion, immunity, mood, skin, and more
